American hip-hop musician Earl Swavey has been confirmed dead. He died on January 10, 2022, in Los Angeles, California.

Earl Swavey, who is a protégé of A$AP Yams, was raised in South Los Angeles. He began rapping at an early age. He was cousins with Jay Rock and took inspiration from T.I., Rick Ross, 50 Cent, and others.

His breakthrough single Beef​​​​ caught the attention of the late Yams in 2013. Yams later worked with Swavey on the track“London Drugs and recalled as being a “brother to me.”
